What does a suite cost, and what’s available?
Contact your preferred location for current availability, a quote and lease terms. Ask which furnishings and utilities are included in the specific suite you’re considering.
What should I ask during a tour?
Bring your service list, equipment needs and ideal start date. Ask about the suite’s layout, any plumbing or ventilation your work requires, customization guidelines and the full cost before deciding.
Would I need to change my booking system?
No. The proposed profile links to the booking destination or contact method you provide. It is designed to work with your existing client relationships.
Do I need Profile Pro to appear in the directory?
No. In the proposal, every confirmed tenant receives an Included profile. Profile Pro is optional and does not change your search ranking.
Are the digital benefits available today?
This is a preview of the proposed Rogers platform. Profiles and tenant tools are working demonstrations; final inclusions, optional upgrades and launch timing would be confirmed separately.
